Cyopsis originated when members of our Executive Team, working for separate organizations, found themselves frequently calling on each other to help manage various aspects of critical incident responses, forensic investigations, litigation, and business transactions.  Legal counsel needed outside IT experts and private investigators to provide forensics, investigative, and legal support services.  Investigators drew on the advice of former prosecutors and defense counsel to ensure their work product was usable in legal and business contexts.  Private investigators and IT experts found they could benefit from each other’s work.
